Maintenance Mechanic A
The occupant of this position performs basic tasks utilizing repair and reconditioning skills in numerous trades including plumbing, refrigeration, heating and air conditioning, electrical, automotive, glass, lock and keys, carpet laying, tile replacement in residential dwelling properties. The employee must possess the ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate with customers and other employees.
Intake Case Management Specialist
Emphasis of the work is on providing assistance to the Project Manager, Resident Accounting and Collections Clerk, and Section 8. The employee is responsible for receiving applicants, visitors, incoming phone calls, faxes, and messages and refers the customers to the appropriate person and/or station. Employee works under the direct supervision of the Project Manager. The employee must possess the ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate with customers and other employees.
